Stacy V. Pollock

Public and private employers depend on Stacy to keep them fully aware of, and compliant with, labor law changes affecting their operations.
This includes the development of employee manuals, policies and practices to avoid FMLA, ADA, and FLSA disputes.
She guides clients through contract negotiations, impasse proceedings, mediation and arbitrations.
She also handles litigation matters that may arise in the federal, state and appellate courts.
Highly Skilled in Education and Worker's Compensation Law
Stacy has extensive experience representing public school boards, and remains a member of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys. She represents and advises school boards on education on various matters including employee issues, contract interpretation, student discipline, public records and tax appeal cases.
She also works with employers to reduce their liability and exposure in Workers’ Compensation cases. Stacy serves on the Ohio State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section Council as its legislative chair and as an executive committee member.
On the Personal Side
Stacy’s dedication to her clients means she is always readily accessible.
Stacy has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio since 2006. She enjoys any physical fitness activity, particularly if it involves the outdoors.

Presentations and Publications
She is a contributing author to various Ohio State Bar Association publications for employers including “Fine Print” and “Legal Basics for Small Businesses.” Stacy presents to a wide-range of audiences on harassment, employer policies and handbooks, social media, student discipline issues and student/public records.
