His previous experience in Human Resources Management provides a rock-solid foundation for his extensive knowledge of this area of law.

From initial meetings to successful resolution, Frank’s diverse background ensures public and private employers the best possible representation with the daily administration of internal policies, state and federal laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
Additionally, he represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies pertaining to personnel matters including the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Unemployment Compensation Review Commission, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and State Personnel Board of Review.

On the Personal Side
Frank, his wife, and young daughter enjoy spending their free time visiting local parks and museums. Frank also volunteers with Ohio Reads and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
