Brad E. Bennett

A Passion for Helping People

An attorney who makes house calls on Christmas Eve?

Brad Bennett did it during an ice storm.

His client needed him so he was there because when Brad makes a commitment, he sticks to it.

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Brad brings a strong background in Human Resources Management to his practice of employment law.

An adjunct professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management, his knowledge of current law, and future trends, make him an invaluable asset to clients.

Being an effective attorney is about being a true business partner

Brad’s unique perspective enables him to provide valuable management/employee training sessions, conduct audits of internal human resources functions and processes, as well as drafting and interpretation of HR policies and civil service rules. All designed to prepare client management to handle personnel issues internally.

Counseling private companies on how to structure their businesses is another of Brad’s strengths. He also guides business owners in the drafting of partnership and operating agreements.

Skill’s not enough. To be truly great at the law, you need passion like Brad’s.

Construction Litigation

Brad has substantial experience in construction-related legal matters including contract disputes, delay claims, design defect, and mechanic liens through both arbitration and court proceedings.

On the Personal Side

Family is important to Brad. You’ll often find him attending the various school functions and activities that his children regularly participate in.
