Cheri Hass has an undeniable passion for winning. She always prefers to fight for what she knows is right. But this fighter is known for being both fair and fierce. Her work ethic and passion are respected by both clients and opposing counsel. She is well known for taking calls at home and on weekends – anything to accommodate her clients and pursue their best interests. An attorney with the firm since 1995, Cheri is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, National Sheriffs Association, Ohio Association of Trial Attorneys and a member of the Public Risk Management Association. She graduated Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.

Civil Litigation
Representation of employers and their agents in litigation in both Federal and State trial and appellate courts of Ohio.
Cheri represents employers in a wide range of employment law suits including unlawful discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, First Amendment retaliation charges, and Whistleblower actions.
Cheri also represents law enforcement agencies and their employees in civil rights actions such as search and seizure, use of force, jail conditions, and inmate medical concerns.
Labor and Employment Law
Representation of public and private employers in all areas of labor and employment relations, including all facets of contract negotiations, mediation, conflict resolution procedures, arbitration, and the daily administration of internal policies, state and federal laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
Preparation of employee handbooks, manuals, and individual policies for private and public sector clients.
Representation of public and private employers, including all facets of contract negotiations, mediation, conflict resolution procedures, arbitration, and daily administration of collective bargaining agreements.
Representation of clients in appeals of administrative agency determinations.
